A New Structure for Venture Capital

Not an angel group. Not a fund. Not an SPV.

Wealthing Club is a multiclass LLC — each investment its own class, enabling internal transfers between members with no new entity, no new fees, and no fund-of-funds drag. One curated deal a month, chosen from a pipeline of 50–70.

How It Works

What we're doing to make venture capital work

01

Transparency

Each month, we share one carefully curated deal and up to two follow-on rounds, selected by our investment committee from a pipeline of 50–70 startups. Most companies are at least three years old, already have a lead VC, and have at least half the round filled.

  • A proprietary due diligence brief
  • Unified investment terms for all members
  • A pitch deck
  • A one-hour live call — 40 minutes with the founder(s) or CEO, followed by a private internal discussion
  • Follow-ons include full access to prior reports, company updates, and our sequence of analysis
02

Efficiency

Unlike angel groups or VC funds, our model saves time and capital — and carries no obligation to invest in any given deal.

10 MIN — initial decision to evaluate 4 HRS AVG — full diligence, new deals 1.5 HRS — follow-on rounds

We charge a 2% annual management fee on capital invested, returned to members before any carry applies, followed by 20% carry. An annual membership fee — $5,000 for individuals, $25,000 for family offices — funds all pre-investment activity.

03

Discretion

Members' investment choices are private. Alicia Castillo Holley invests in every deal, with her interest and commitment clearly disclosed alongside each opportunity. Members who invest do so under identical terms through a single LLC class — not a Series LLC — enabling internal secondary transactions with no fees beyond bookkeeping. Members may opt to disclose their investments; most prefer privacy.

04

Professionalism

We bring VC expertise to help portfolio companies open new markets, adapt to uncertain conditions, reduce reliance on funding or grant capital, and drive revenue to avoid dilution — especially critical in today's unpredictable regulatory climate. Members may also facilitate market entry, at their discretion.

05

Innovation Stacking

Members can incorporate innovations into their own business operations — reducing expenses or increasing revenue — by connecting directly with breakthrough technologies from across the portfolio.

Membership

One structure, two entry points

Both membership types participate on identical terms through the same LLC class. Price reflects access tier, not investment terms — there is no separate "premium" allocation or preferred pricing.
Individual

Wealthing Club Membership

$5,000 / year

Full access to the monthly deal, due diligence briefs, founder calls, follow-on reporting, and internal transfer rights — for individual UHNW investors.

Family Office

Wealthing Club Membership

$25,000 / year

The same access and terms as individual membership, structured for multi-generational offices and their internal investment committees.

Management fee: 2% annual, on capital invested
Carry: 20%, after return of capital
Obligation to invest: none, per deal

Matches current live behavior at wealthing.club — reports are public, signed-URL downloads, not gated behind login. Flagging again since it's a real choice, not an oversight on my part: worth confirming this is still what you want as the fee/performance detail in "How It Works" gets more specific.

Membership starts with a conversation, not a form.

Every applicant is reviewed against the Wealthing Framework before an invitation is extended.
